And you could develop your talents with us as VP Corporate Operational Excellence & Project Management (m/f/d) Reference Code DENH 720-48169 within Operational Excellence, a staff department of the Executive Board, we are looking for a VP Corporate Operational Excellence & Project Management (m/f/d). Corporate Operational Excellence & Project Management is responsible for managing process optimization activities in all operational and administrative areas of the Group. Your responsibilities * Establish, continuous develop and manage the Operational Excellence program for the group and ensure an effective global network of Operational Excellence experts (approx. 100 FTE) * Continuous develop Operational Excellence methods and tools, especially in the areas of Digital and New Work * Holistically align processes, organization and products to achieve Operational Excellence objectives in the group - reduction of costs and complexity, increase in quality and reduction of throughput times by optimizing processes and structures * Derive and track sustainability goals as well as implement corresponding initiatives (

"lean & green"
) * Manage and coordinate Operational Excellence projects on group level * Operate and continuous develop a standardized project management approach for the group, including the operation and support of the corresponding software solutions * Reduce and avoid cost with Value Engineering methods including further development of the corresponding methods and training of employees * Introduce and operate a new approach to business process management in the group * Continuous develop and operate the Idea management for the Melsungen and Berlin sites in accordance with the applicable company agreement Your qualifications * Completed university studies attested by a diploma in engineering or economics or equivalent qualification * Multiple years of experience in the management and operational implementation of process improvements - ideally in production and administration * Several years of professional leadership experience * International experience in the successful implementation of projects * Assertiveness, decision-making and implementation strength * Confident and binding appearance as well as high communicative and intercultural competence on all hierarchical levels * Business fluent in written and spoken German and English, other languages an advantage * Independent and structured as well as reliable working method * Very pronounced team and communication skills and flexibility What we offer Become part of a corporate culture that actively promotes constructive exchanges between colleagues, customers and partners.
