Join us as a Customer Behaviour Analyst
and be part of our agile, cross-functional and international team. You will drive the growth and the optimization of the CheMondis marketplace in a very early stage.

Your mission

Research and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data of users, their interaction on our platform in order to understand their needs and behavior

Analysis of customer behavior models that have a direct impact on the daily business and the long-term development of our platform
Performance of deep-dive analyses in order to examine, evaluate and visualize funnel progression, customer segmentation, targeting, etc. to deliver business insights and recommendations

Definition, development, testing and maintenance of our tracking framework
Aggregation, analysis and evaluation of complex data from multiple data sources as well as visualization and identification of data patterns and trends

Evaluation of data, reporting and consulting of stakeholders as well as coaching of end users on new reports and dashboards
to distribute data insights in an easily digestible manner
Identification of critical metrics and KPIs in order to understand our business needs and drive our business performance

Your profile

University degree (
. or higher) in mathematics, computer science, statistics, psychology or economics and at least 3 years of experience with data analytics (mathematics, statistical analysis, evaluation, and visualization) and 2 years of relevant experience in digital analytics

Sound work experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, PowerBI and A/B testing tools
Experience in software engineering (preferably with Python) is a plus
Knowledge in technical writing within relevant areas, including queries, presentations and reports
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills along with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup-like environment
Excellent English language skills
