Your Responsibilities

• Selection and supervision of approx. 25 apprentice and students
• Holistic contact and confidant for our trainees / students and the departments
• Continuous development of our training concept
• Holistic support in recruiting from job definition to planning of onboarding

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial education with relevant experience / studies in economics with focus on HR
• Relevant work experience in the field of education
• Strong social and communication skills
• Robust and self-confident, but empathic at the same time
