Systems Analyst (Documentum) - 

We are looking for an experienced 

Systems Analyst

 to join one Europe’s largest and fastest growing clients in a dynamic and busy international team on a
6+
months contract.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

 
Document Functional & Technical Specification documents for technical teams to resolve issues
Work closely with technical teams to define & implement solutions
Ability to work independently and with others to gather and document business requirements, perform business analysis and develop solutions
Understand all issues and impacts relating to applications in scope.
Maintain and support applications.
Coordinate support & point of escalation for critical issues on sites
Document issues through Service Desk process – The business systems analyst team will own the issues through to resolution.
Define & implement testing strategies with business users & owners
Prepare changes for change approval board
Coordinate support– make sure resources are working on correctly prioritised issues & changes
Monitor performance of systems in area of responsibility. – manage vendors through service management
