Customer Success Specialist
 (Customer Support) is required to join a leading
automotive
 
technology provider
with the aim of
strengthening customer relationships
and ensuring
adoption
and
usage
of
software solutions

Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in
customer success, account management
or
corporate training
role with the ability to quickly and effectively build solid customer relationships
.
 

Location Germany

  • Ideal base – Cologne, Bonn, Düsseldorf, Essen, Wuppertal, Dortmund, Koblenz, Frankfurt, Leverkusen, Duisburg, Mönchengladbach
 
€45,000 - €63,000 + Benefits
 
The Role
  • Become the

designated point of contact

for customers following sales completion, managing their account on a daily basis,

building relationships

and developing

customer rapport

to become a

trusted partner.

  • Understand and define the goals and required outcomes of using software and technology solutions to

increase product adoption

and

usage

and reduce the number of cancellations.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer support and product development teams to

resolve queries

and make

product recommendations

.

Conduct quarterly business reviews

alongside Account Managers to monitor product performance, ROI and ongoing opportunities for product improvement.

Support new programme launches

.
 
The Candidate
  • Our ideal candidate will be educated to degree, or equivalent, with a focus on

business

or related subjects.
  • Proven experience of building

customer success

, satisfaction and

increasing product usage

, ideally within a

customer success

,

account management

or

corporate training

role is a must
  • A

‘people person’

that can quickly and effectively become a

trusted partner

to customers.
  • Previous experience within the

software

or

automotive

industry are advantageous but not essential.

Fluency in both German and English

are required for this role.
