We provide inbound call support for the Telecommunications, Financial Services and Technology industries. And because no two companies are alike, we work closely with our clients to deliver loyalty-building customer service and technical support. Service is our area of expertise.
In other (and much less) words, we offer customer support services for different clients :) In this case for Playstation.
For one of our projects, we are looking for dedicated, multilingual people, who answer customer requests by email and telephone in our modern call-center in Berlin Kreuzberg. We only have in-bound calls from customers that have account queries or questions in regards to the project. We are looking to start the training onOctober 28th, 2019.
- Must speak
ARABIC
fluently and English on a conversational level (English is the office language)- Previous customer service experience is not needed but welcomed
- Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands (our opening times are 8:30 - 19:30)
- Ability to work individually in order to achieve group goals
- Basic computer skills
- If a work permit is applicable to you,you must have this at time of hire
- A work permit valid at time of hire
- you choose how many hours per week to work (20-40). Our ideal candidate wants to work 20-25-30 hours per week. This is a fixed contract but our ideal candidate will still be able to come in 5 times per week
