Must Haves
A
relevant HR degree on bachelor level – HRM - with 1 - 3+ years’ work experience from a HR department in an administrative and / or business support role as a HR administrator or coordinator

Preferably, you have some experience in working in an international matrix organization
Great communication skills in both oral and writing
Strong administrative and service support skills with the ability to collaborate and create alignment, set high standards focusing on the customer whilst fostering diversity & inclusion in everything that you do

Problem solver by heart with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities
Teamwork is your preferred workspace with a positive “Can do” attitude
You adapt easily to all levels of hierarchy and communicate naturally and with diplomacy
Great attention to detail and technical aptitude possessing strong computer skills such as Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
Fluent in Danish and English, written and verbal at a very professional level
Nice to have
Understanding of how a centralized HR delivery model is functioning
Experience in working in a setup of a
HR Center of Excellence, Shared Service Center
Preferable a basic understanding of Nordic countries employment law or willing to learn
