Your future project: join our German Content Moderator
team.Our
client
is the leading destination for short form mobile video, with the mission to inspire creativity and bring joy.
As a
Content Moderator
in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to your platform
- Be responsible for the development, improvement, and maintenance of standards for the security of our online communities
- Improve the content management strategy for short video platforms
- Be responsible for coordinating with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates the policies
- Meet and exceed our service quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets
- Be responsible to follow the direction of management and provide feedback
To succeed in the role, you will need to have:
- Native or proficient level of
German
(C2)- Advanced level of
English
(at least C1) both verbal and written- Ability to adapt to a challenging software system.
- Analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solver
Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
Availability to work from our site in Sete Rios
Availability to work 24x7 (40 hours/week)
