Subject: In silico research into 3D docking/QSAR and PBTK modelling

working time: 65 % (25,35 hours per week)

Your tasks:

• Ligand-receptor docking
• Computational chemistry including quantum chemical calculations
• PBTK model building (e.g. Excel VBA) and application

Your profile:

• University Master of Science or Diploma in chemistry or related natural science subjects
• Expertise/interest in the following subject areas:

Molecular modelling of ligand-receptor binding, computational chemistry, and QSARs

• Interest in high-level academic research within an international network
• Appropriate knowledge of English to enable active participation in the international project (our lab uses both German and English)
