YOUR TEAM

Our domain, Product and Portfolio Management, is responsible for managing all of CARIAD's products over their lifetime. Your division is responsible for the global footprint of the CARIAD.

We are evaluating potential partnerships in regions abroad and leads activities to successfully complete potential partnership negotiations. We ensure, that regional strategies are fitting to the overall strategy of CARIAD.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Manage and develop portfolio according to investment strategy
  • Monitor subsidiaries with regards to project/product development progress, business status, budget planning, implementation of CARIAD strategies and guidelines
  • Conduct subsidiary portfolio analysis and support the development of long-term portfolio strategies
  • Support on integration of the management principles and governance module; coordinate implementation of standard processes
  • Prepare and steer shareholders' meetings and workshops
  • Collect, centralize and communicate subsidiary information
  • Manage and evaluate transactions requiring approval in affiliated companies

WHO YOU ARE

  • Successfully completed studies in finance, business administration, economics, STEM or a related field
  • Ideally, more than six years of relevant industry and work experience in investment strategy, advisory, general management, and/or go-to-market business development
  • Strong financial, technical and/or legal knowledge is desired
  • Experience in venture capital and M&A projects within the software or automotive area is highly beneficial
  • Experience in cooperation and strategic partnership development coupled with proven success in managing large scale projects
  • Fluency in English, German desirable; additional language skills are a plus
