» Key Responsibilities:

Process Owner for all Operational Accounting processes
Work collaboratively with Seafreight & Airfreight business process owners and the finance team to define business needs and design new ways of working

Analyse and define functional requirements before final handover to IT
Work closely with the regional & local teams to implement business process improvements globally
Act as a gatekeeper for our global operational standards

» Key Skills and Requirements:

Solid understanding of the seafreight global forwarding industry
Completed University Degree in logistics and/ or business administration
Good knowledge of forwarding accounting principles and practices
Understanding of CargoWise One Accounting and Billing functionalities
Strong project management skills and analytical skills
Proven ability and confidence to communicate effectively with colleagues across all levels of the business
The ability to work in a project and team environment across different assignments and cultures
