Job description

  • Professional management and execution of internal Nacelle Sourcing projects on time, on a high quality standard and within the budget
  • Coordination and regular presentation of all sourcing projects and contact person for all internal stakeholders
  • Validate purchasing project goals at the beginning of the project for completeness, feasibility and compatibility, as well as controlling the achievements of these goals during the project (cost, time, …)
  • Development and monitoring of Nacelle Sourcing KPI´s and the creation of their reports and presentations in cooperation with stakeholders (e.g. MSR, GOMM, Project Day, sourcing boards A and B, …)
  • Implementation of an dashboard for all relevant Nacelle Sourcing KPI´s, with focus on a standard controlling tool for material price controlling
  • Development of comprehensive process optimizations in close cooperation with all internal interfaces
  • Support the needed documentation within the ENG development programs, plus (status reports, milestones, synchro points)
  • Follow-up on ad hoc requests and special projects (“fire fighting”)

Job requirements

  • University degree
  • Several years of professional experience in procurement and/or within the manufacturing industry and/or in consulting
  • Strong professional purchasing/sourcing skills and knowledge about related processes and IT-systems
  • Ability to communicate, influence and manage a complex stakeholders network
  • Project management experience, competence, certificates
  • Proven capability to lead complex projects
  • Excellent in English and German, Spanish is a plus
  • Willingness to travel (~25%)
