Your responsibilities

• In your role as Solutions Marketing Manager (m/f/d) EMEA you are responsible for the creation and implementation of marketing strategies for solutions beyond our existing products in order to address the needs of non-clinical key customer stakeholders, e.g. hospital (chain) management, purchasers or Finance departments
• You define marketing strategies for specific solutions in line with overall MSD and Key Account Management Strategy, execute the launch and manage the whole lifecycle
• Additionally, you provide the EMEA KAM organization with the corresponding ready-to-use marketing material and create training material for both Key Account Managers and customers
• You collaborate closely with Key Account Solutions Development, Key Account Management, MSD Central Units and Corporate functions

Your qualification

• Studies in the area of economics form the basis of your professional success
• You have several years of professional experience in the areas of product management or marketing, ideally in Health Care
• You have proven knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools
• You enjoy working in international matrix organizations
• You can demonstrate excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization, including in English, additional language skills are a plus
• Your strengths include good analytical skills and a commercial mindset
• You have a confident manner and are able to win people over with quick-witted arguments
