How would you consistently deliver an outstanding daily customer experience? As our organization expands, we recognize the critical role a well-structured, customer-focused Service Desk plays in our success. We’re seeking an experienced leader to head our central Service Desk team. As the Team Lead, you’ll establish ITIL- and ITSM-based best practices, ensuring seamless support processes.

  • Collaborate on designing, implementing, and organizing our central service desk
  • Define and enforce guidelines for support processes, including incident management, request fulfillment, and problem resolution
  • Lead the onboarding process for new Service Desk agents, fostering a positive, customer-oriented work culture
  • Serve as the central point of communication for customer information, including incident notifications, software releases, and maintenance updates
  • Implement tools (such as ticket tracking, automation, and AI) to streamline service desk operations
  • Direct and prioritize ticket routing and fulfillment

  • Proven leadership experience in IT Service Desk Management
  • Completed studies in business informatics
  • Experienced communication skills in English and German
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and a global, customer-centric mindset
  • Hands-on approach, emphasizing clear processes and quick decision-making
