Your responsibilities

• In your role as Microsoft Expert (f/m/d), you are responsible for define and implement the Digital Workplace Strategy and Best Practices of the EMEA ONE IT in alignment with Knowledge Management, Business Units, IT and the global Headquarter/ relevant regional & global stakeholders
• You drive the definition of services and requirements in regards to the digital workplace in particular O365 and SharePoint and take the lead in implementation
• You support in implementation, optimization and release projects and in actual technology challenges
• Your responsibilities include specification, effort estimation and implementation of business requests
• You guide and pro-actively support the organization, on all levels, to secure that they manage the business processes according to the procedures, conventions, standards and tools defined
• You understand digital workplace related business processes end to end
• You define operations and service concept for the Digital Workplace incl. KPIs
• You support the establishment of a key user organization for POCs of new Digital Workplace relevant technology together with the Innovation Management team

Your qualification

• You have successfully completed your University degree with relevant experience or comparable education
• You have experience in consulting and the area of Digital Workplace
• Deep knowhow in Microsoft O365 and SharePoint projects & roll outs completes your profile
• You have wide knowledge in business processes of the opto-medical industry
• You have know-how in Project management
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ideally, you have ITIL, PMI or comparable certifications
