Customer Service Representative (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:

Umfassendes und individuelles Betreuen von Kundenanfragen via Telefon, Web, E-Mail und Fax
Bearbeiten von Aufträgen, Angeboten und Reklamationen unter Berücksichtigung unserer „Service Excellence“ Richtlinien
Aufbauen und Pflegen von langfristigen Kundenbeziehungen
Überprüfen und Sicherstellen von Produktqualität und Lieferterminen in enger Zusammenarbeiten mit unserem Mutterhaus in USA
Unterstützen unserer Kunden beim Bestellvorgang und Beratung zu unserem Produktangebot
Zusammenarbeiten mit anderen Abteilungen, um die Anforderungen des Kunden bestmöglich zu erfüllen

Sie bringen mit:

Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mindestens ein bis zwei Jahre relevante Erfahrung im Customer Service; ausgeprägte Telefonerfahrung und Freude an telefonischer Kommunikation ist von Vorteil

Eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch
Ergebnisorientiertes Arbeiten und eine zuverlässige, sorgfältige und analytische Arbeitsweise sowie Verhandlungsgeschick
Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachen sind hilfreich
Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office; Erfahrung mit anderen Programmen ist von Vorteil
Freude an der effizienten Zusammenarbeit mit einem motivierten, internationalen Team

Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)

for the next possible start date.

What to expect:

Providing comprehensive and individual support of customer inquiries via telephone, web,
e-mail and fax
Processing orders, quotations and complaints following our "Service Excellence" approach
Establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
Verifying and ensuring product quality and delivery dates in close cooperation with our parent company in the U.S.
Supporting our customers throughout the ordering process and advising them on our product range
Collaborating with other departments to best meet the customers’ needs

What we are looking for:

Successful completion of vocational training or a comparable qualification
At least one to two years of relevant experience in customer service; profound telephone experience, interest and enthusiasm about customer contact via telephone is an advantage

Service-orientated mentality and high standards of quality
Results-oriented work ethic, reliable and analytical approach to work, as well as negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken; other languages are advantageous
Confident in MS-Office; experience with other programs is an advantage
Enjoy working efficiently with a motivated, international team
