Financial Business Partner (m/f/d)
This role is responsible for business partnering one of our two main Confectionery Business Units and cross-functional activity teams. The job holder will be responsible for driving brand growth as well as profitability and providing in-depth financial analysis and recommendations for strategic business activities.

Key Tasks:

• Serve as the Finance Business Partner to the CBU Director and team, providing financial advice to ensure sound financial decision making on one of our two main categories. Support strategy implementation, developing and evaluating longer term growth options, forecasts and investment plan.
• Manage the financial shaping process (planning, budgeting, forecasting), analyzing business unit drivers and overall performance, and reporting for one of the two main categories, including identifying business risks and opportunities, and making recommendations for future actions to secure the delivery of company targets.
• Provide actionable insights to influence senior management in decision-making on e.g. product launches, pricing strategy and profitability of the brand portfolio. Analyze actual results of operations to identify real or potential problems and areas of deviation from the strategy, recommending corrective action to senior leaders. The incumbent will join the S&OP+ steps for segment specific discussions.

Your Profile:
Master´s degree in Finance or Business
Min 5 years of work experience
Fluent in English
Several years of financial business partnering experience in an FMCG environment, ideally across a range of Demand and Supply roles
Strong communication-, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently, with minimal supervision, in a fast-paced environment
