SI Service Management - 3-6 Months - Düsseldorf/Remote
For our longterm client in the Düsseldorf Area we are looking for an SI Service Management /Service Level Expert
Your main task is to support our client through providing templates and guidance for documenting detailed operational routines.
Tasks:
- Model, design and ensure documentation of process, workflow, role, key indicator and metrics
- Ensure process interoperability through identification and management of cross process integrations
- Provide templates and guidance to process owners for operational routines
Requirements:
- Experience in Service Level Management
- Experience in testing policy and procedures
- Knowledge in creating policy documentation
- Knowledge and configuration experience in service management products
Project details:
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 3-6 months (+ chance of extension)
- Utilization: 4-5 days/week
- Location: Düsseldorf area, Germany / Remote
- Language: English (German nice to have)
