As part of the HR Business Partner Team, you are responsible to consult our leadership team in their people development role for a specific leadership cluster to achieve their business objectives. You are the interface between the business, sourcing and recruiting, organizational development and people services in close cooperation with our shared service center. We believe it is a people-centric organization that makes a successful company!
... What You'll do
- you are the first point of contact for all people and organization related matters and provide an exceptional HR service for your respective leadership cluster
- you drive and implement strategic HR initiatives in cooperation with your leadership cluster, sourcing and recruiting, organizational development, people services and shared service center.
- you manage HR projects focusing on people development, performance management and people engagement to maintain a great workplace our people want to work for
- you identify leadership development requirements within your management cluster and derive measures for training, coaching and mentoring
- you monitor and report measures based on impactful people KPI’s
... Who You are
- you hold a master's degree in HR, business, psychology or a related field
- you are able to moderate high-level group discussions in a confident manner in fluent English and German
- you have 5+ years of HR experience in a customer-driven environment, preferably in an international environment
- you have excellent people, presentation and communication skills
- you have an organised and structured working style
- you have excellent listening and negotiation skills
- you have a high affinity for working with digital tools to work smarter not harder
- you are curious by nature and bring insights into the teams
- you are an uncompromising team player
