Your responsibilities

  • Maintain and further develop controlling set-up together with Manufacturing Management
  • Provide high-quality, timely and pro-active result analysis to support decision forums such as Senior Management & Business Unit Management meetings
Take over responsibility and improve the current setup of standard cost calculation in SAP Environment
Cost management / expense control and performance methods and tools
  • Support the financial planning process including mid-year plan updates from Operations perspective (costcenter expense planning, inventory development etc.)
  • Ad hoc business case follow-up
Maintain, prepare and improve internal cost allocation tools and methods
Improve data quality and consistency in different ERP systems and different legal entities in Europe
Identification of efficiency and transparency gains within local and/or European processes and organizations
Work on projects
High SAP CO Involvement
Establish regular exchange of knowledge and support harmonization on accounting, reporting, systems & processes with subsidiaries in the UK and Czech Republic.

Your qualification

Successfully completed university degree preferably in Business Administration or Business informatics
At least three years of experience in Finance/Controlling/Analytics ideally with an international manufacturing company
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
Willingness to establish new controlling approaches and systems to support manufacturing & service activities
Profound knowledge of SAP FI/CO
  • Sound IFRS know-how
Good knowledge of MS Office
Strong analytical skills
Highly self motivated and directed
Keen attention to detail
Team player who is able to work across departments with strong communication skills
