Responsibility - Achieve assigned quotas for renewal business in partnership with the Sales Account Managers - Identify compliance/ overage and increased usage opportunities route to appropriate sales team member via Sales Force - Support the Account Management team in driving the achievement of renewal targets in the territory - Effectively and professionally manage renewals communications as well as compliance checking for an assigned set of customers - Log all activity to maintain accuracy of CRM and forecasting systems - Manage a sales funnel of renewal opportunities and accurately forecast renewal business on a monthly and quarterly basis. Requirements and the individual - Minimum 2 plus years of sales or customer relationship management experience - Experience with Sales Force or other forecasting/CRM technology - Must be highly-organized and a self-starter - Strong Presentation skills - Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills - Ability to thrive in a team selling environment Desirable Skills - Familiarity with Saba's solutions or similar competitive products - Familiarity with Sales Force for account management Additional Information Saba Software is a cloud-based talent development/management platform that delivers a continuous employee development experience - from recruiting, onboarding, personalised training, and collaboration to real-time coaching, goal setting, and feedback.
