We are an energetic group of Entrepreneurs and Innovators who are embarking on a journey to establish the first Delivery platform and service which focusses exclusively on delivering a product range to households and businesses that no other Delivery Company has yet targeted. Our concept builds on and revives a long-gone tradition, but translates it into a modern customer experience with a sophisticated Home Deliver App and a fast delivery service based on it’s own, electricity-powered delivery fleet. But our concept is not merely a delivery service, — also introduces a new premium and organic product range under a strong brand and trademark and based on a sustainable packaging system.

Co-Founder & Chief Delivery Officer (f/m/d)
 
— Food-Delivery

:

General responsibilities — together with the Co-Founders:
Member of the Founders & Management Team
Designing concept, customer journey, product range and innovation
Designing the delivery and growth strategy and expansion roadmap
Defining our partner approach
Building up the overall organizational structure
Defining our work standards and company culture
Engaging and onboarding partners and investors
Ensuring a customer-centric approach and unique customer experience

Individual responsibilities:

Designing the delivery infrastructure, incl. software/platform requirements and functionalities, vehicle and other technologies, commercial model, operations model etc

Establishing a structure, process, and organization for sustainable, yet high-performance delivery
Driving and coordinating solution design, testing, and proof of concepts
Building and leading the Delivery team and expansion managers
Building up and managing the Fleet and Delivery workforce 
Capacity planning and staffing together with support functions
Customer Service and after sales management
Product Safety, Risk management and mitigation actions

Your Qualifications:

At least 4 -5 years working experience in a Food-Delivery Start Up / Company or Food-Logistics company
Particular know-how in establishing, operating and scaling food delivery concepts and/or last-mile logistics incl. customer interaction
Experience in digital services and connecting with operations
Ideally, know-how in foo-production and food-safety standards
Know-how in customer services and solutions
Broad technological / digital understanding, including delivery app solutions
Know-how in building up and leading in-house teams and delivery workforces
Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigour, yet a “hands-on” attitude with a focus on fast and flawless execution

Excellent communication skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities; ability to clearly communicate compelling messages, making you a great discussion partner and presenter to senior stakeholders

Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus
