Project Quality Manager
We are looking for an experienced Project Quality Manager to join our team to help us shape the future. Based in Beyreuth, Germany within our PowerLinks Team, you will be working with and supporting industry leading Clients on state-of-the-art design and installation projects. You will
plan and implement quality activities within projects, coordinate and supervise Quality Assurance and Control activities, according to project complexity, scope of work, company methods, contractual requirements and relevant standards and regulations.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Project Quality Manager
with the following skills and motivations:
Extensive Quality Management experience, preferably within an EPCI work environment
Technical Degree (Engineering).
Knowledge of ISO 9000 series standards
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Lean Six Sigma knowledge
Full proficiency in German and English spoken and written
Ability to operate pro-actively and autonomously with an attention to detail
Flexibility and an ability to function well under pressure
Used to work in international and multicultural environment
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To support the Project Manager in dealing with Clients with relation to Quality matters and related contractual requirements.
To coordinate the preparation of the Project Quality Plans
To collaborate with manufacturing plants in monitoring and ensuring product quality
Assess the suitability of suppliers and subcontractors and to review Quality plans and activities
To plan and perform Quality training activities within the Project team.
To plan and perform Quality audits
To follow-up client Quality audits, non-conformities, complaints, etc.
To promote project improvements
To collaborate on the preparation of project Quality reporting.
