ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor Process Development and DOE Department Builds..
• Provide timely data packages and analysis of critical builds by Development and DOE Teams.
• Able to identify and resolve problems relating to process development and DOE team builds.
• Liaise with Process Validation and Process Development teams on latest building blocks to ensure completion of projects in a timely manner
• Mentor other characterization engineers and provide coaching as needed

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Graduate of any engineering or related course
• Minimum 7 years of recent experience working in Slider Fab, Slider DET, HGA or an area of their specialty/ related field.
• With high learning aptitude
• With good behavior and positive attitude
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Deep understanding of Quasi and SDET testing results and other Reliability tools such as Guzik, Deco, Blade, DCT, etc

SKILLS:

• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Team player and capable to work cross functional globally
• Self-motivated with the ability to effectively multi-task
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate passion on deep analysis and systems
• Strong background technical analysis and data mining
• Experienced in analytical tools such as JMP, SAS, R
