JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced 
Environmental Manager
to join our team to help us shape the future. Based in Northern Bavaria, Germany within our PowerLinks Team. You will be working with leading Clients on state-of-the-art design and installation projects.

As the
Environmental Manager
you will be
planning, implementing, coordinating and supervising Environmental activities within the HSE Team.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an Environmental Manager

with the following skills and motivations:
Previous projects experience within an Environmental Management remit
Experience within EPCI work environment and with a strong focus on Environmental Site Activities
is essential
Full working proficiency in German and English (verbal and written)
Ability to operate pro-actively and autonomously with an attention to detail
Flexibility and an ability to function well under pressure
Used to work in international and multicultural environment
Familiar with Environmental Aspect Identification and with HAZID methodologies
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow established procedures and guidelines to monitor the organisation’s compliance with external Environmental regulations and standards
Analyse Environmental Impact Assessment requirements and providing support in the identification of the mitigative and preventive measures
Ensure that environmental support is available to the project team and that individuals are aware of their responsibilities.
Analyse Installation processes and determine any effect on the environment
Engage all stakeholders in order to encourage environmental awareness and to adopt a management plan to protect the environment
Participate in the day to day activities regarding the organization-wide Environmental and compliance related programmes
Interface with Client and Authorities for what concern Environmental Project activities.
Participate in audits to ensure that organization and government standards on Environmental policy are met
Ensure HSE KPI including waste and energy consumption information are collected on monthly basis also for subcontractors
