If so, lets talk. Your Role and Responsibilities IBM Global Real Estate DACH is seeking for a Global Real Estate Facilities Engineering Program Manager in Germany / Ehningen. The Program (Project) Manager should have experience managing project teams through design and construction phases and delivering projects within budget and schedule while maintaining architectural and quality standards. The candidate should be able to collaborate with inter-company departments and various stakeholders such as partners, lenders and/or third party leasing or operations teams. The ideal Project Manager will also possess a confident and constructive attitude with a collaborative approach. Required Technical and Professional Expertise * Expertise in the disciplines of electrical, mechanical, civil, instrumentation and architectural engineering. * 5 to 10 years with project management experience for large real estate development projects * Capable of managing the workload associated with up to 4-5 projects and other initiatives successfully and positively * Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English * Demonstrated self-starter who has the ability to collaborate in a team environment * Ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism and ethics * Excellent listening, negotiation and problem solving skills * Demonstrated ability to take initiative and manage multiple competing priorities while consistently meeting deadlines Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise * Bachelor's degree in real estate development, construction management/engineering, architecture, engineering or business.
