station service agent position summary:

unterstutzt den stationsbetrieb, indem er/sie sich wirkungsvoll um spezifische ausnahmefalle, kundenbezogene routineangelegenheiten und compliance-berichte kummert. nimmt sendungen entgegen und bearbeitet diese, wahrend er/sie gleichzeitig sicherstellt, dass alle fedex-vorschriften und gesetzlichen bestimmungen hinsichtlich des sicheren pakettransports erfullt werden. fuhrt je nach bedarf allgemeine administrative und unterstutzende aufgaben aus. leitet probleme und komplexe ausnahmefalle an die zustandigen mitarbeiter weiter. voraussetzungen:

  • fahigkeit, 32-kg-pakete zu heben und schwerere sendungen mit hilfsmitteln zu bewegen;
  • sehr gute deutsch- und gute englischkenntnisse in wort und schrift;
  • gute mundliche und schriftliche kommunikationsfahigkeiten;
  • kundenorientiertes verhalten sowie erfahrung im umgang mit kunden;
  • kenntnis der fedex-operations erwunscht;
  • qualitatsbewusstsein und genaue arbeitsweise;
  • verstandnis der arbeitsanweisungen und fahigkeit zu deren umsetzung;
  • gute organisatorischefahigkeiten, gutes problemlosungsverhalten;
  • gute schreibmaschinenkenntnisse, edv-anwenderkenntnisse;
  • selbststandiges arbeiten und teamfahigkeit;
