• Develop and implement a Program Governance System to standardise and record program control processes, systems and templates for program and project management
• Work with other elements of the Program Management Office, especially Reporting, Risk Management, Planning, and Earned Value Management, to provide performance information and analysis on demand
• Capture current processes in collaboration with all departments of the program and perform efficiency analysis, identifying improvement potential
• Organize and moderate workshops within multifunctional teams
• Act as a champion for the Program Management Office and the Program Governance System
