Inside Sales Representative EMEA (m/f/x)

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As Inside Sales Representative you will develop and maintain relationships with customers and key accounts – you are awesome at Sales over the phone.

In cooperation with other members of the Sales team you will qualify, convert, and manage opportunities to a successful conclusion and ensure that we minimise missed opportunities to offer additional features, services, and solutions or apply special promotions.

You will follow up on leads to ensure that potential customers are responded to professionally and timely. This may include organizing product presentations, or scheduling meetings in the pursuit of a positive outcome.

Your ability to clearly articulate our value proposition, communicate our key differentiators, and being excited about our brand is the key to success in this role.

  • Build strong relationships with customers, and with key stakeholders (including Sales, Marketing, and the Product Lines).
  • Provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts and meet annual sales targets.
  • Manage your own a list of Accounts, and Opportunities, in cooperation with the Sales team, for optimal results.
  • Work with Sales Operations to identify opportunities to renew, up-sell, and cross-sell solutions.
  • Triage and resolve incoming sales inquiries (via email, phone, or other direct marketing initiatives).
  • Effectively use sales enablement tools with a goal to provide the customer with ‘the appropriate information, from the appropriate expert, at the appropriate time.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Some B2B Sales experience, preferably in Broadcast, or related industries.
  • Customer centric approach with excellent closing skills.
  • Outstanding communicator, and exceptionally well organized.
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Excellent spoken and written English, German, Spanish or French is a distinct advantage.
