- Responsible for site security operations, with focus on physical and technical security and assist in developing company security programs to guard against theft, fraud, violence, terrorism and other threats against the company, its employees, assets, brand and customers;
- Build and manage relationships with security companies, strategic partners, local communities, governmental agencies and other service providers;
- Asset risk assessment and risk management, business continuity planning support the site’s real estate operations organization;
- Conduct incident investigation and prepare and submit corresponding incident report;
- Organize and implement personal protection details for key personnel when required;
- Physical security of fixed assets, crime prevention and detection, fraud deterrence and investigations as required;
- Crisis management strategies for all possible physical, cultural and geo-political risk scenarios;
- Liaison with the PNP, AFP, LGUs and other support entities on matters concerning security and risks to project sites and personnel;
- Identify concerns with key stakeholders in the industrial park, community and recommed cost efficient solutions to strenghten relationships;
- Performs safety and security evaluations, investigations and methodologies for continual improvement and prevention of asset losses, employee injuries and process improvements throughout the site.
- Works with management, employees and contractors in applying security, safety, and emergency preparedness activities in accordance to legal requirements, organization standards and procedures.
- Conduct relevant security trainings and orientation to ensure employee awareness, and facilitate in the employee participation and consultation activities.
- Perform any EHS&S related duties/tasks as instructed by the direct supervisor and/or senior management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree / College Degree of any field.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Security/Armed Forces/Protective Services or related field is required for this position.
- Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal skills, ability to resolve conflict using flexibility, adaptability, problem solving and analytical skills, and initiative and ability to perform work assignments with direction in a team environment.
- Full understanding of Philippines’ security, occupational health and safety related legal and other requirements.
- At least Certified Security Professional (CSP), but not necessary.
- Full-time position available.
