Head Of Sales Operations

imc is an energetic and innovative international Software as a Service (SaaS) Learning Management System (LMS) vendor, with over 350 employees across 12 countries and a fantastic collection of well-known global brands in our portfolio. We are looking for a Head of Sales Operations to join our colleagues in Saarbrücken.

We have a fabulous team who see themselves as partners to our clients, contributors to our culture by supporting one another, and focused on taking our business on its exciting growth journey.

Here's what you'll be doing

  • Lead our small but global sales operations team in developing a vision and strategy for their own area of responsibility
  • Develop and implement strategic ideas how our sales processes, playbooks, templates and working activities can be optimised and continually improved
  • Work with and support internal departments to understand their inputs and translate them to be sales ready and usable

Here’s what you’ll need

  • Minimum 3 years working in sales operations or a similar role
  • Experience in sandbox/demo system management, price lists, sales materials, sales support, customer success, sales training and enablement and sales performance reporting and data analytics (targeting, forecasting, controlling)
  • Ability to explain, train and coach others
  • Fluency in English and German language
