As Payroll / Benefits & HR coordinator you will get the opportunity for a diversified job in our EMEAI HR function. With your position you will have an interactive role with employees, leaders, our finance department, different providers and close contact with your HR and Payroll colleagues and you report to our EMEAI Payroll manager.
You will work with our third-party provider for the timely and accurate preparation of the payroll as well as being the HR and Benefit administrative focal point for 5 of our countries in Europe, Middle East & India (EMEAI).
Key responsibilities:
Be the HR administrative contact person for currently around 50 employees in Denmark, India, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Turkey on payroll and some benefits related questions and aspects
Prepare the input of employee data changes/new hires/Exits to our HR data management center
Prepare monthly payroll input files and communicate relevant payroll data to the external provider and ensure the accuracy of payroll output delivered by our external provider
Process timely payroll relevant payments
Proactively coordinate with our external provider in each country new requirements different payroll aspects
Coordinate and follow up processes on special payroll activities including the annual bonus, salary adjustments etc.
Close interaction with the finance department to ensure correct booking of payroll
Support the Year End Close with preparation of HR accruals
Support yearly audits
Support the HR Manager in all administrative HR topics for the countries Denmark, India, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Turkey
Manage and initiate data changes for the annual renewal process for benefits as well the correct translation into payroll in the 6 countries
Handle invoice process for the HR/payroll provider
Assist and closely cooperate with entire EMEAI HR team in special projects
Qualifications
Vocational / professional qualification or a Bachelor degree in the area of Payroll, HR controlling, accounting or taxation
Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll and/or HR, at least part of it in a multinational setup
Passion for people & numbers and likes to work in a multinational setting
Experience with working with an outside provider is preferred
Experience in other HR technologies like compensation and benefits will be a plus.
Fluent in English (written and spoken) is required
Good communication skills in Dutch and/or German is a plus
Very good Excel knowledge
Outstanding team player – to be demonstrated in working successfully and smoothly within the EMEAI HR team as well as with our outside payroll service provider
Ability to analyze data and situations, make recommendations and work on implementation
Ability to manage multiple priorities along with special projects
Excellent interpersonal, intercultural communication and organizational skills
