3 years of work experience within the German-speaking Small and Mid-Cap landscape, and is capable and willing to adapt to our unique approach.
What we ultimately look for is a candidate showing passion for the capital markets, out-of-the-box thinking, and can take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support in executing IPOs, Secondary Offerings, Rights Offerings, Capital Increases, Private Placements and other related Capital Market transactions, products, or services
  • Participate in deal origination by targeting potential equity issuers and compiling pitch presentations that include common stock issuance, or other equity-linked alternative services
  • Prepare market research and pitches to promote H&A IB ECM services
  • Coordinate with transaction counsel, auditors and other institutions for attaining supporting documents surrounding the transaction (Prospectus, comfort letters, KYC analyses, Due Diligence reports etc.)

Basic Qualifications:

  • Highly experienced in Equity and/or Debt Capital Markets
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration [or comparable], additional qualification preferred
  • Fluency in German and English, additional language preferred
  • Strong customer orientation and confidence in interaction
  • Knowledge of the German Small and Mid-Cap market
