Your Responsibilities

  • Allocate appropriate stock to stores by monitoring sales and manage overall store inventory using the ERP system (MS Dynamics NAV)
  • Manage stock replenishment system and monitor flow of initial assortments, reorders, reclamations, transfers, deliveries and stock adjustments for the retail stores across Europe
  • Identify and communicate sales opportunities and stock liabilities on a regular basis, ensuring that buy quantities and stock levels meet current needs
  • Manage price changes in the system
  • Support the Retail head office by planning and forecasting during buying sessions
  • Recommend changes and/or improvements to the current procedures and systems for the allocation and replenishment functions
  • Analysis and reporting of sales figures and merchandising performance. Create new reports and interpret results to send recommendations
  • Anticipate and identify the system issues, liaise with the relevant departments to solve them. Optimization of the existing retail processes
  • Liaise closely on a daily basis with internal departments (purchasing, IT, logistics, e-commerce…) and in-store retail teams
  • Cooperate with external partners to monitor the products transit between warehouse and stores
  • ERP Project development for retail

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Logistics or a related field
  • 3-5 years experience in planning, buying or merchandising function.
  • Experience in retail is an advantage
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel
  • Strong analytical, planning and forecasting skills
  • Accurateness, strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Interest and awareness of fashion trends and retail environment
