In order to strengthen our regional Central Europe HUB IS team for power grids, we are looking for an experienced IS Infrastructure Specialist with strong technical skills and proven experience. Apply strong IS infrastructure technology knowledge and expertise to any infrastructure IS activity within all IS process domains, especially within BUILD and RUN to support global business needs and help solving difficult topics. IS capable to work independently.

Your responsibilities

• As an IS Infrastructure specialist you will apply strong IS infrastructure technology knowledge and expertise to any infrastructure IS activity within all IS process domains. You will:
• identify, propose, advise and implement existing IS infrastructure technology in the context of IS solutions/services and architecture
• on assignment you are involved in the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of IS solutions/services in regards of infrastructure knowledge
• advice and support the installation of new IS solutions/services in regards of the required infrastructure
• support the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of internal and cross-functional processes related to IS solutions/services infrastructure requirements proactively
• execute all actions in IS infrastructure processes according to agreed RACIS specification
• provides leadership to temporary work teams, guiding and monitoring task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice normally without carrying line responsibility

Your background

• Above 5 years of IS infrastructure technology experience within the relevant IS domain
• Profound IS infrastructure technology knowledge combined with basic understanding of the overall context of business processes and the IS technologies impact
• Experience of identifying and resolving IS infrastructure technology related problems
• Experience in project planning and execution as well as economic aspects of system management and life cycle
• Understand the size and complexity of the factory IT landscape
• Broad IS project and service management experiences
• Profound knowledge of ITIL processes
• Degree in information management, computer systems, business engineering or similar
• Above 1 experience in working in a non-native country and culture
• Fluent spoken and written English & French
