Our client is a modern company that has quickly become an
industry leader with a growing reputation
and plans to further expand their business. They are now looking to hire a recent graduate to join their team as
Executive Search Consultant
.
You will have the chance to get hands-on experience and
quickly develop your professional skills
. As an executive search consultant you will become an
industry expert
with heavy analytical and research skills.
Successful Recruitment Consultants can earn an
impressive amount of money
through our client’s uncapped commission scheme. New graduates can expect to earn a basic salary up to
£30k
. On top of that, you can also expect to earn commissions and bonuses, which can see you earn between
£35k-£50k
during your first. By year 3, you can expect to be earning
£75k-£100k OTE
.
As an Executive Search consultant you will be responsible for implementing search techniques and identifying relevant pools of talent, using internal databases and market mapping techniques.

You will be working closely with internal teams devising appropriate search strategy, approaching prospective candidates identified for the search
. Also your task would be to highlight areas for business improvement and working with the Client Services Director.
An ideal Executive Search Consultant
will have: A 2.1 degree from a top UK university,good A level results, great communication skills and the ability to network internally and externally. You will also need a good attention to detail, solid analytical skills and ability to learn fast.
