Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for evaluating existing HR processes
  • The creation of new harmonized, EMEA-wide processes also lies within your area of responsibility
  • You are responsible for ensuring the efficiency of HR operations as well as creating and implementing changes or improvements as needed, including Robotics/AI
  • You will be responsible for preparing documentation outlining new EMEA processes, forecasting expected results of process changes, analyzing implemented changes, and making further adjustments to workflows, schedules, or other processes and implementation procedures as needed
  • You will monitor the internal controls and make recommendations if necessary
  • As a proactive partner to your stakeholders, you strengthen collaboration with functional business units to understand, evaluate and improve/streamline HR processes and services for employees

Your qualification

  • You have experience in the standardization of HR processes
  • Initial work experience as a Business Process Analyst is also part of your qualification profile
  • You have successfully completed a (Master's) degree in Management & Business Development or similar BIC Knowledge
  • In addition to sound knowledge in process management, you also have a distinctive ability to solve problems and a high degree of customer orientation
  • You have a very good command of English (written and spoken) and good knowledge of German Language is a plus
