Your responsibilities

• The key responsibility of the ‘Head of EMEA Project Delivery’ (m/f/d) is to lead the function that delivers Operation Room (OR) integration projects in a way it balances cost and customer service performance towards internal & external customer in all aspects
• You will have 3-4 direct reports: 2-3 regional PJM leaders (that lead regional teams) as well as a leader of a design & implementation team in Hamburg
• The overall team size is about 20 direct Headcount spread over the EMEA region
• You will drive key initiatives to improve the installation speed and effort as well as the reliability and standardization in balance with sales function
• You will design the interfaces towards the required Service & Install teams that are not part of the business unit and steer through the matrix

Your qualification

• You have successfully completed a course of studies
• You have several years of professional experience in the area of project management and in managing employees
• You have proven experience in the management of complex and international projects
• You can demonstrate excellent communication skills, including in English
• Your strengths include excellent analytical skills and a strong commercial mindset
• Besides you have a confident manner and are a skilled negotiator across all levels of the organization
• You enjoy working independently, are reliable, and have a strong sense of responsibility
• You enjoy traveling up to 40%
