Your responsibilities

• Review, design and define EMEA Mobility policy, including all target groups, e.g. both long-term and short-term assignments or commuter
• You will manage the full mobility process by educating stakeholders on the process, providing policy counselling and executing policy
• Management of mobility programs and services, support of international assignments of employees are also part of your field of activity
• You will closely collaborate with inside and external consultants regarding tax, social security or other applicable law
• You will be a sparring partner and advisor to HR Business Partners in the EMEA Headquarters, Country organizations and global Headquarters. In addidtion, you act as a point of contact for assignees, addressing inquiries and offering solutions.
• Consult organizational design projects on mobility solutions and tax implications (e.g. permanent establishments) are also part of your field of activity

Your qualification

• A completed course of study form the basis of your professional success
• You have designed and managed mobility policies in an international matrix environment (ideally incl. wage tax - and social security topics)
• You have developed solutions to complex mobility questions and communicated those effectively
• You have proven to be an acknowledged adivisor to HR, Manager and employees and demonstrated ownership
• You are a critical thinker and effective team player driven by developing an international organization
• You bring along a hands-on mentality in order to master your tasks
• As part of a wider group you ideally bring experience in the area of Compensation & Benefits
• You are fluent in English and have good written and spoken German skills
