Your responsibilities

  • In the role, you will be the expert for culture change and change management for Olympus EMEA. You will build and maintain expertise in this area within the People and Organizational Development CoE
  • As a competent contact partner you collaborate with HR managers and business partners across the EMEA Region
  • You will develop and implement concepts for the EMEA region; the implementation includes communication and enablement
  • You are responsible for your programs’ budget and for managing internal and external clients, vendors and trainers
  • You build and laterally manage a community of change managers
  • The role requires direct cooperation and communication with all levels of management at national and international level

Your qualification

  • You are truly passionate about culture change and have knowledge on how to approach it
  • You have successfully completed your studies in a relevant subject, i.e. business, psychology, etc
  • Several years of professional experience, ideally in culture change/change management. A background in HR is not required; we also appreciate candidates with other professional backgrounds i.e. in project management, sales, marketing, etc.
  • You work in a structured way and enjoy deploying structures to others
  • You are strong in convincing others and building informal networks, and, you feel comfortable to hold presentations in front of different audiences
  • You feel equally comfortable with strategic, conceptional tasks and details of execution. You have excellent communication skills and command of English – both written and spoken
  • You show a strong learning ability and enjoy collaborating with different nationalities, personalities and functions
