• Management of the multifunctional Change & Release Board for the weapon system turret
• Independent organization and control/implementation of the Change Board
• Analysis of all changes with regard to QKT and Fit, Form & Function
• Secure changes and releases to meet the requirements of the baseline and the specifications derived from it
• Exercise governance for the product structure with regard to variant management
• Ensure completeness check of all data and documents during release
• Practice stakeholder management for all internal departments and external suppliers along the entire value chain
• Ensure compliance with the global change process
• Reporting of release and maturity status to the project management and PMO based on the released scopes
• As internal consultant responsible for regular awareness sessions, training and technical support for all internal and external project staff
• Contribute to process improvements with all configuration management stakeholders
