Job Description We are looking for an "Airborne Solution Manager (f/m/d)" within the Avionics Business Unit at our site in Immenstaad. The Avionics Business Unit is responsible for the realization and market entry of an Integrated Airborne Solution within the Hensoldt Spectrum Dominance and Airborne Solutions division. As Airborne Solution Manager, it is your job to ensure the development and successful launch of an Integrated Airborne Solution for civil and military, flying platforms. Your Tasks * Analysis of the requirements of the market, potential target groups and target platforms for an Integrated Airborne Solution * Definition of the required target portfolio (solutions and products) based on the analyzed market requirements * Analysis of the current Hensoldt portfolio (skills, products, interfaces, success factors) in the Area AIR and competitor analysis * Development of an Integrated Airborne product strategy including sales price determination and associated market entry strategies that optimally harmonize market interests and company interests. This product strategy is developed in collaboration with the sales, marketing and engineering departments. * Creation of business cases based on the Integrated Airborne product strategy * Technical management of the development of an Integrated Airborne Solution with the involvement of all participating product owners in Hensoldt, also across divisions * Support the international setup strategy if relevant * Management of transverse bid teams as BID manager and preparation of offers * Creation and implementation of presentations for management and customers Your Profile * Completed studies in the technical field (engineering, electrical engineering, air and space technology) or similar * Several years of experience in project / product management as well as mastery of program and project management methods, e. G.
