Currently my client (a major global Consultancy) is in the search for a Senior CRM Consultant who will join their team and work with their top tier clients.
My client manages the full product lifecycle starting with consulting, going to implementation and finishing with deployment and maintenance.
In this position you will consult with clients and customers to implement comprehensive CRM-Solutions. Therefore, you will need to analyse current business processes and needs, system-landscapes and infrastructures. By partnering with their clients, you define a future system-setup incl. a Scope of Work (SOW) and start implementing pre-defined solutions and work packages. Requirements Engineering, handling of client inquiries and on-going system support is also part of your role. Being a trusted advisor, you build up long term relationships with your clients.
Required Skills
- Experience with programming in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 or higher (They are also open for candidates with experience in other CRM solutions such as Zoho, Salesforce etc.)
- Good knowledge and overview of the Microsoft Stack
- Good understanding of business processes and the ability to translate client needs into functional and technical requirements
- Proven experience in requirements analysis/engineering, business process consulting, implementation of business solutions
- Ability to plan, modify, realize and implement IT-solutions
- First experience in programming languages (e.g. C#, C++, Java, Python)
