Ihre Aufgaben

• Erstellung und Koordination von Angeboten, kaufmännische Abwicklung der Aufträge und Reklamationsbearbeitung im Bereich Customer Service im internationalen Tagesgeschäft
• Telefonische Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Direktkunden, Händlern und Kollegen im Außendienst
• Administrative Aufgaben wie Aktenführung, Stammdatenpflege, Preislistenpflege und anfallende Korrespondenz in deutscher und englischer Sprache

Ihre Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
• Erfahrung im technischen Vertrieb / Customer Service von Vorteil
• Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse notwendig, weitere Fremdsprachen wünschenswert
• Kenntnisse in SAP/R3 sowie CRM Microsoft Dynamics von Vorteil
• Sie arbeiten selbstständig, sind flexibel, kommunikativ, verantwortungsbewusst, teamfähig und aufgeschlossen
