Electrical Project Engineer – Frankfurt – Germany - Freelance - €900-€1100 - 2 days remote working

An exciting oppertunity has arose for a Senior Electrical Project Engineer to join a project based in Frankfurt.
This will be an 12 month freelance contract to work on a large power plant. Offers €900-€1100 a day and 2 days of remote working.

Key Requirements

• Experience of MV, LV, DC Systems and protection relays
• Knowledge of PLC’s and Scada
• Experience in the power or power grid sector
• English language is a must
• German language is a bonus but not essential
• BSc in Electrical or Automation

Role & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the electrical supervision on a large power plant, accountable for technical solutions, ordered services, purchasing, quality and compliance
• Must ensure work is performed compliantly, also responsible for quality checks
• Planning the works, cost, schedule and materials needed
• Participate in stakeholder negotiations and maintain good customer relationship
• To follow-up and report quality, use of resources, costs, schedule and scope of the responsibility area.
• Identify, mitigate, monitor and report risks in own responsibility area.
• Offers up to 2 days of remote working
