ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure harmony tooling capacity is enough to meet the build requirement.
- Assess capacity readiness for volume ramp and new models.
- Regularly update tooling capacity based in improvement and changes in tool setting and parameters.
- Assess needed J&F for operations to run smoothly.
- Lead a group of technicians
- Coordinate cross functionally for all tooling capacity activities and improvements.
REQUIRED:
- Knowledgeable in Excel and PPT.
- Can easily follow instructions and execute them.
- Can coordinate/communicate with internal members and from other groups.
- Willing to render overtime.
- Capable to do multiple activities at the same time.
- Knowledgeable in Root Cause Analysis
PREFERRED:
- Knows how to perform time study.
- Knowledgeable in work sampling.
SKILLS:
- Has good interpersonal skills and a team player .
- Result oriented and has a sense of urgency.
