Site Manager Onshore Wind (German AÜG Contract)

• Directly responsible for Field Operations on projects including site management, technical advisory services, Field execution performance (quality, schedule, EHS & Cost), customer Net Promoter Score (NPS). This includes the support during the proposal phase (ITO) through installation & commissioning until final acceptance by customer.
• Responsible to develop field execution strategies, site staffing schedules & forecasts, customer/ constructor meetings and field operation reports
• Claim Management support to financial back office
• Oversees the subcontracting process incl. document preparation for EHS / SGS; compliance with contract documentation
• Expertise in overall field operations. Ensures process discipline on site
• During execution, monitor project performance in all areas including cost, schedule, technical advisory services, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and Quality
• Identify performance issues and provide the leadership to resolve issues and ensure the project success
• Using lean and digitization tools to drive optimum process discipline
