Student Research Assistant/HIWI (m/f/d)
working time: between 8 and max. 19 hours per week
start: at the earliest possible date
Your tasks:
- Homogenization and analysis of large hydrological datasets (e.g., inputs and outputs of hydrological models, reanalysis data, runoff events, floods, soil moisture) by means of scripts written in different programming languages
Your profile:
- Very good programming skills (e.g., R, Python, Matlab) with experience in data analysis. Experience with GIS would be an asset
- Fluency in English. Knowledge of German would be an asset
- Curiosity and an entrepreneurial attitude
- Enrolment at a German university is mandatory
