A German speaking 2nd Line Support Engineer for a permanent position in Munich. The client is a giant German leading company with great benefits and culture.

As a 2nd line support engineer, you will be responsible of supporting and customising of existing installations in close cooperation with customers. You will also be responsible for problem analysis and solution for existing products which includes administration and documentation.

A successful 2nd Line Support Engineer will have the following skills and expertise:
⦁ Solid experience in IT Support - 2nd Level preferred
⦁ Expert in Windows 7/10
⦁ Experience with mobile devices more desirable
⦁ Familiar with media technology
⦁ Fluent English & German
