Asterisk is the name of the tool that was introduced in Quality Medicine to support the risk-based auditing strategy and planning.
The system is used to manage and maintain the audit universe in Medicine with currently over 1,400 entities and to quickly understand areas of high risk while creating the annual audit program.

In this project further enhancement need to be implemented including an interface.
Document Stakeholders expectations
Define project goal / purpose
Describe desired state 
Define project objectives and set up project plan 
Define project scope
Define High-level project approach (phases, milestones, timelines)
Estimate resources needs estimated (budget, human resources, material)
Develop essential project plans
Define project organization
Kick Off project in a kick off meeting
Plan project objectives
Plan project deliverables produced by the project
Identify deviations and correct or reflect these in in project scope
Inform project stakeholders about project status in status meetings
Execute and drive completion of project deliverables according agreed project plan 
 Monitor project progress against plans using project milestones
 Align with sponsor and PMO (Project Management Office) by participating regular meetings (e. g. steering committees – once a month)
 Provide regular project status reports to sponsor/GLT/PMO (monthly) and report critical project status to Global Leadership Team QM (GLT).
 Prepare project outcomes report and presentation of deliverables to sponsor/GLT
 Handover of deliverables to project sponsor and process / product owner for review and approval from BI
 Prepare, conduct and document lessons learned activities as a handover of project results for documentation.
